We are looking for Senior Financial Controller which will be responsible for developing and running management reporting structure necessary for our business. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and efficiency within the organization.

– Ensure management reporting process is in line with business needs;
– Actively drive business efficiency and cash generation;
– Assist the CEO in managing realization of the budget;
– Ensure compliance with bank covenants;
– Manage business forecasting function;
– Assist the CEO in periodic evaluation of investment activity;
– Manage data quality used by Company.

– Senior financial professional, with strong analytical skills, good knowledge of
managerial reporting;
– At least 5 years’ experience in financial controlling or big 4 companies;
– Experience with industrial companies;
– Willingness to get involved in operational processes;
– Experience in setting up reporting, BI tools and ERPs would be an asset.

SALARY – Fixed part of the salary depending on work experience: 3 600 – 5 000 EUR gross + bonuses.
