SALES MANAGER

Today, our sonars are available in more than 50 countries with our app community connecting more than 2 million smart anglers across the globe. Behind all of this, we have a team of 70 specialists. We are proud to have gathered
a unique bunch of people, different in their backgrounds, experiences, some very creative, some very meticulous, but
all united in the belief that only together we can create the next big thing to elevate fishing experiences.

We are looking for a Sales Manager to play an essential role in increasing sales and market penetration. Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for active sales in assigned region.

As our Sales Manager, you will:

– Actively look for new sales partners and hunt for opportunities to grow;
– Develop effective partnerships with distributors and/or retailers;
– Influence the increase of our sales results;
– Attend exhibitions, other targeted events, and visit partners abroad to present Deeper products and their commercial possibilities;
– Do market research, gaining knowledge about it’s specifics and potential;
– Work closely with the marketing team in generating ideas of targeted content in social media for the local market;
– Have full support from Marketing, Production, Innovation, and Customer care departments to succeed;

We expect you to have:

– Fluency in English as this will be your primary working language;
– If you are able to speak any other EU languages that would be considered as an advantage;
– International active sales experience;
– Proven negotiation and communication skills;
– Active and outgoing personality;
– Organized and results-oriented approach coupled with the ability to handle unexpected situations;
– Ambition to generate strong earnings by conquering foreign markets with an innovative product from Lithuania;

Not a requirement but it would be beneficial surely if you are an angler or willing to become one!

Salary:

– Fixed part of the salary starts from 3 000 EUR gross + sales bonuses.
