REGARDING THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA OF CANDIDATE EMPLOYEES OF DEEPER, UAB
Personal data of candidates to potential employees (hereinafter referred to as Potential Employees) shall be processed by the controller – Deeper, UAB, legal entity registration number 302749154, Antakalnio str. 17, Unit I, Vilnius, Lithuania.
Personal data provided by Potential Employees during their application shall be processed for the purpose of recruitment, whereas the legal ground of such processing shall be the consent for the processing of their personal data given by Potential Employees during application.
Processed personal data shall be obtained directly from Potential Employees and shall not be transferred to any third party, except for processors contracted by Deeper, UAB which provide contractual data storage services to Deeper, UAB.
Personal data of non-selected Potential Employees shall be stored for the maximum period of 2 (two) months after the completion of the selection for the position with Deeper, UAB. Data shall be erased upon the expiration of the aforesaid period.
Potential Employees shall have the right to withdraw consent to process provided personal data at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. Potential Employees shall also have the right to request Deeper, UAB to provide access to processed data, to have them rectified or erased, also the right to restrict processing, to object to processing of data, and the right to data portability.
If you think that your rights are breached or that your personal data are unlawfully processed, you are entitled to lodge a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate (legal entity registration number 188607912, address: A. Juozapavičiaus str. 6, LT-09310 Vilnius, Lithuania, https://www.ada.lt/) or, if applicable, with another competent authority.
DĖL KANDIDATŲ Į DEEPER, UAB DARBUOTOJUS ASMENS DUOMENŲ TVARKYMO
Kandidatų į potencialius darbuotojus (toliau – Potencialūs darbuotojai) asmens duomenis tvarko duomenų valdytojas – Deeper, UAB, juridinio asmens kodas 302749154, Antakalnio g. 17, I korpusas, Vilnius, Lietuva.
Potencialių darbuotojų siūlant savo kandidatūrą pateikti asmens duomenys yra tvarkomi galimo jų įdarbinimo tikslu, teisinis tokių duomenų tvarkymo pagrindas – Potencialių darbuotojų teikiant savo kandidatūrą išreikštas sutikimas dėl jų asmens duomenų tvarkymo.
Tvarkomi asmens duomenys yra gaunami tiesiogiai iš Potencialių darbuotojų ir nėra perduodami jokiems tretiesiems asmenims, išskyrus Deeper, UAB pasitelktus duomenų tvarkytojus, pagal sutartis Deeper, UAB teikiančius duomenų saugojimo paslaugas.
Neatrinktų Potencialių darbuotojų asmens duomenys yra saugomi ne ilgiau nei 2 (du) mėnesius po atrankos į Deeper, UAB darbuotojų poziciją pabaigos. Po šio termino, duomenys ištrinami.
Potencialūs darbuotojai turi teisę bet kuriuo metu atšaukti duotą sutikimą tvarkyti pateiktus asmens duomenis, nedarant poveikio sutikimu grindžiamo duomenų tvarkymo iki sutikimo atšaukimo teisėtumui. Potencialūs darbuotojai taip pat turi teisę kreiptis į Deeper, UAB, prašydami susipažinti su tvarkomais duomenimis, juos ištaisyti arba ištrinti, taip pat teisę apriboti duomenų tvarkymą, teisę nesutikti, kad duomenys būtų tvarkomi bei teisę į duomenų perkeliamumą.
Jei manote, kad Jūsų teisės yra pažeidžiamos arba Jūsų duomenys yra tvarkomi neteisėtai, turite teisę pateikti skundą Valstybinei duomenų apsaugos inspekcijai (juridinio asmens kodas 188607912, adresas A. Juozapavičiaus g. 6, LT-09310 Vilnius, Lietuva, https://www.ada.lt/) ar, jei taikoma, kitai kompetentingai institucijai.
