We are looking for experienced Logistics Specialist with good organisational skills, attention to the details and proper knowledge in the field.

– Organizing the goods export process according to established company procedures;

– Arranging various modes of goods transportation and managing transportation documents;

– Collaborating with sales and marketing departments, negotiating conditions, prices, and terms as required;

– Working with the Odoo system (training will be provided);

– Serving as the company’s representative in communications with customers or suppliers regarding order fulfillment;

– Ensuring that the ordering process you oversee aligns with the company’s standards and fulfills customer needs.

– Experience in outbound logistics or transport area (at least 2 years);

– Practical knowledge of customs processes and documentation;

– Good computer skills (MS Office);

– Ability to interpret data;

– Professional approach to work;

– Resistance to stress, sometimes in the presence of uncertainty or non-standard work situations;

– The ability to accurately track your activity data and work efficiently and quickly;

– Fluent in English (both written and spoken);

– Odoo knowledge would be an asset.

– Fixed part of the salary depending on work experience: 1 570 – 2 140 EUR gross + bonuses.
