At Deeper, we create innovative products that allow anglers to discover the best fishing spots.

Today, our sonars are available in more than 50 countries with our app community connecting more than 2 million smart anglers across the globe. Behind all of this, we have a team of 70 specialists. We are looking for a Chief HR Officer to take good care of everything – people, culture, and processes. We want to create a perfect place to work, grow and follow one’s purpose. CHRO is playing a significant role to make it happen.

AS OUR CHIEF HR OFFICER, YOU WILL:

– Create and emplement policies and systems (HR management);
– Recruit new amazing colleagues (working with recruitment agencies for some positions);
– Consult and support top and middle management;
– Ensure smooth and timely internal communication;
– Nurture organisational culture (internal events and ESG initiatives);
– Ensure HR budget management;
– Handle personnel paperwork (HR administration);
– Ensure work safety;
– Contribute to employer branding emplementation;
– Contribute to training and development;
– Contribute to employee lifecycle management;

WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE:

– Experience in HR manager, HR BP or HR generalist role;
– Fluent English, both verbally and in writing;
– Knowledge of Labour code;
– Experience using HR related tools and systems (we use Sharepoint, Mindletic, MELP, Survey monkey, E-sauga, etc.);
– Strong people skills;
– Proactivity, resourcefulness and ideas generation;
– Excellent communication skills and openness;
– Willingness to learn and grow;

SALARY:

– Monthly gross salary 3306-4132 EUR.
