What you will be doing

As our Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for growing, engaging and retaining our follower base, and helping to convert them into qualified leads, customers, and loyal and active brand advocates for Deeper. Here is how you will do it:

– Build and manage the company’s social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Google+
– Design and implement social media strategies to align with Deeper’s business goals
– Educate other departments on the use of social media and promote its use within the company
– Plan the creation of social media content and its delivery
– Use digital tools to manage multiple social media channels
– Run regular social promotions and campaigns and track their success
– Monitor and engage in social discussion relating to our company, our competitors, and the industry in general. These can relate both to existing customers and leads, and to new audiences
– Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications

The experience and skills you will need

– Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager
– A solid understanding of how to use a range of social media platforms, particularly in relation to advertising/branding and customers
– A good understanding of Facebook page insights and YouTube analytics is a must
– Hands on experience in content management
– Fluency in English as it will be your primary working language
– Strong editing and writing skills suitable for each platform, from knowing how to write a successful tweet to using effective storytelling techniques
– Excellent skills as a communicator and creative thinker, with the ability to use both data and intuition to inform your decision-making
– An eye for detail and the ability to work accurately
– The ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
