What you will be doing

Deeper’s ground breaking range of smart sonar devices are currently sold in over 50 markets globally, and as a Sales Manager, you will play an important role in further increasing sales    and market penetration. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will be responsible for supporting our sales initiatives in developing markets (Hungary, Romania, South Africa, New Zealand, Spain, Bulgaria etc.). Here’s how you will do it:

– Ensure smooth ordering processes and ongoing communication with our partners.
– Contribute to increasing our sales results.
– Attend exhibitions and other targeted events abroad, where you will help present Deeper Sonar and its commercial possibilities.
– Contribute to market research, including identifying market potential and finding opportunities for growth.
– Develop effective partnerships with distributors and retailers.
– Assist marketing team in generating promotional content for the local market and managing social media accounts for the region.

The experience and skills you will need

– Fluency in English, as this will be your primary working language.
– International sales and marketing-related experience would be an advantage.
– Proven negotiation and communication skills.
– Outgoing personality.
– Organized and results-oriented approach coupled with the ability to handle unexpected situations.
– Ambition to generate strong earnings by conquering foreign markets with an innovative product from Lithuania.
