What you will be doing

Deeper’s ground breaking range of smart sonar devices now sell in over 50 markets globally, and as Regional Sales Manager for the EMEA region, you will be heading up an international sales team (including talents from France, Latvia and Australia) to increase our market penetration in this region. European markets are vital both to our current business operations and    to our future strategy, making this role critically important. You will achieve success as our Regional Sales Manager for EMEA by:

Taking responsibility for sales strategy and sales activities in the EMEA region;

– Driving growth in the market by opening new B2B channels;
– Managing a team of sales professionals, driving team performance, and evaluating KPIs;
– Actively participating in attracting, hiring, onboarding and coaching top sales talents;
– Taking ownership of strategic sales and marketing projects, including new product launch, Christmas deals and others;
– Being an ambassador for Deeper in external events.

The experience and skills you will need

– Experience in international B2B sales (3-5 years) with results that you are proud of;
– Proven experience at mastering different sales tactics;
– Proven ability to develop sales plans and strategies, and then get buy-ins from top management;
– Experience managing high performing sales team;
– Strong negotiation skills;
– An outgoing personality;
– An organized and results-oriented approach coupled with the ability to handle unexpected situations;
– Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills;
– The ambition to generate strong earnings by conquering foreign markets with an innovative product from Lithuania;
– Fluent English, as this will be your primary working language.
